How the fee works
You set the reward a creator earns per sale. BountyPod keeps 15% of that reward and the creator receives the other 85%. The fee comes out of the reward, never added on top.
So a sale never costs you more than the reward you set. Your wallet balance is still a hard cap that can’t be exceeded.

Pricing questions
When is the fee charged?
Only when a sale clears the refund window and the creator is actually paid. Nothing is charged when you create a bounty, and nothing is charged on a sale that gets refunded.
Do creators pay anything?
Creators pay nothing upfront and never make a deposit. BountyPod keeps 15% of each reward; the creator keeps the other 85%. There’s no separate bill on either side.
Are there any other costs?

Can the rate change?
The launch rate is 15% and may vary by deal or volume over time. Your exact rate is always shown before you fund a bounty, so there are no surprises.
